Our Cattle graze in the High country of the Porcupine Hills. They Enjoy the Forest Shade, Lush Meadows, Fresh Spring water along with Various Livestock Salts and Minerals to grow Healthy and Strong. Quality Hay and Straw Bedding throughout the Winter.
Our Beef is usually spoken for a year in advance then enter our Classic Feeding Program. We do not create or mix packages. we only deal with Half and Full Carcass orders so all cuts can be involved with cutting orders.
Our animals are processed through approved Alberta Government Meat Inspection Facilities. We do not transport Food or Slaughter on the Ranch. Animals can also be graded this way and age verified. It is Vital to know what you are getting with the paperwork to prove it.
We know BBQ, Grilling and Smoking Beef. Years of experience of Ranching, quality Charcoal/Wood add the finishing touch to our Classic Beef. Reid is also a Professional BBQ Judge with the KCBS.
It is more important than ever to know exactly where your food comes from. A Direct connection with your food source is exemplary. You are supporting a Ranch Family and not a big, processed food facility.
